Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited college/university.
- 10+ years as a Transportation/Roadway Engineer/Project Manager.
- Florida PE license is required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing transportation staff and transportation projects.
- Recruit key talent aligned with company culture.
- Build and implement sales/marketing initiatives for growth.
- Develop proposals and presentations with high-quality output.
- Maintain client communications, expectations, and satisfaction.
