Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• Program management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and budgets.
• Effective communication with clients, agencies, stakeholders and employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects of varying size and complexity.
• Oversee schedules and financial performance of projects.
• Pre-sell future projects and build client relationships.
• Mentor/lead direct reports and balance team workload.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and Engineering Director.
