Qualifications

• Experience leading CDOT or DOTI projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and engineering support for proposals and cost estimates.
• Oversee the Project Management Team.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and finances.
• Pre-sell future projects and balance resources.
• Lead and motivate project teams.
