Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major transportation infrastructure projects for NJDOT and other public-sector clients in New Jersey. The role requires a licensed PE, 15+ years of progressive project management, and a track record of delivering complex transportation projects from planning to closeout.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage performance, and act as the client’s trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating with agencies and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey required.
• 15+ years of progressive transportation engineering and project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing major transportation projects for public agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex transportation projects from planning through construction completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk for successful delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact and provide project status updates.
