Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Engineer, PE to join our Transportation team in the Plymouth or Ramsey office. This senior role focuses on transportation projects, coordinating planning, development, and completion while ensuring client satisfaction.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and support business development through RFPs and community engagement; a PE license and 10+ years of experience are required. Proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation and GIS is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with hydraulic and hydrologic modeling.
• Experience in plan and specification development and construction contract administration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, GeoPAK Drainage, HydroCAD, P8 and GIS.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex design computations and prepares preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Develops, supervises and reviews design and preparation of plans and specifications.
• Coordinates construction observation and administration of projects.
• Manages planning, scheduling and performance of multiple projects while directing engineers and technicians.
• Supports business development activities including RFPs, presentations and community engagement.
