Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems, a unit of Cubic Corporation, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead CTS in NY/NJ, owning end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure programs, driving strategy, and managing multi-year initiatives. Domestic travel is required; you will build high-performing teams and drive transformation toward an integrated delivery model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in progressive leadership roles in program management.
• Strong strategic leadership and vision.
• Experience with full P&L and commercial ownership.
• Deep understanding of government relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven track record in delivering complex, multi-year programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CTS NY/NJ business strategy and annual operating plan.
• Provide leadership for long-term growth in a regulated market.
• Own end-to-end programs across design, build, and service delivery.
• Manage program P&L, revenue, profit, cash flow and ROA.
• Direct sales and account management to expand services.
• Engage senior government officials and industry partners.
• Lead transformation toward integrated delivery and support model.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety, and CTS policies.
