Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems in New York/New Jersey seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead CTS with full P&L ownership, strategic direction, and end-to-end program delivery across multi-year initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage high-stakes stakeholder engagements, and drive growth in a regulated market. Domestic and some international travel required.

This role reports to CTS leadership and offers significant impact within a globally integrated delivery model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership roles in program management.
• Strong strategic leadership and vision.
• Experience with full P&L and commercial ownership.
• Deep understanding of government relations and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and execute CTS business strategy and AOP.
• Provide leadership for the business ensuring growth and competitive positioning.
• Own end-to-end program and commercial outcomes across multi-year programs.
• Drive program profitability through cost control, schedule discipline, and risk management.
• Direct sales and account management to identify opportunities and expand services.
• Engage senior government officials, regulators, and customers.
• Represent CTS at executive forums and industry events.
• Lead contract, claims and risk management in coordination with legal.
