Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Professional Engineer in Illinois.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant roadway project experience.
• 20+ years leading projects and teams in licensed roles.
• 15+ years working on IDOT, Tollway and large transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior teams including project managers and field staff across programs.
• Manage client expectations and contractual concerns with stakeholders.
• Represent Ardmore Roderick on multi-firm programs and duties.
• Oversee daily roadway rehab activities, ensuring schedule and budget adherence.
• Provide leadership on project management policies and documentation.
• Mentor and retain future leaders within the team.
• Support business development and pipeline growth efforts.
