Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and at least 15 years of management experience in transportation construction. A competitive salary of $145K to $180K, alongside comprehensive benefits, is offered.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 15 years of Transportation Construction management experience.
• Professional Engineer License (PE) required.
• IDOT and Tollway experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction efforts to ensure projects meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Represents the company at meetings related to assigned projects.
• Ensure accurate field records are maintained, such as daily reports and test reports.

Skills

Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Bluebeam)

Knowledge of project management software Ebuilder & CMMS

Experience with IDOT Standard Specifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
