Job summary

Qualifications

• Considerable knowledge of state and federal transportation laws, regulations, and NHTSA requirements.
• Considerable interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and execute projects and develop transportation plans and programs.
• Experience supervising staff and providing technical direction to planning and grant development teams.
• Proficiency with computer software including planning models and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities
