Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, urban planning, civil engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in multimodal transportation planning/urban design and/or federal environmental documentation.
• AICP certification and/or PE license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development to secure new clients and projects.
• Retain and manage relationships with existing clients and external stakeholders.
• Respond to RFPs and build teams internally and with partner firms.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams on complex transportation planning projects and manage schedules.
• Develop solutions for moving people and goods by various modes in diverse contexts.
• Mentor and train early career staff.
