Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of advanced professional transportation planning experience.
• Experience using spreadsheet, GIS and/or database applications.
• Experience facilitating meetings with diverse technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional planning analysis and leadership in multiple areas of the Office of Transportation System Management.
• Formulate new policies, performance measures, and major investment strategies for MnSHIP, CHIP, STIP, and related planning studies.
• Lead research, outreach, and performance reporting to advance performance-based planning.
