Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in transportation planning and/or multimodal project development.
• Experience managing active transportation, trails, or multimodal projects.
• Strong understanding of current guidelines for bicycle and pedestrian facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the planning of active transportation facilities.
• Manage corridor studies, feasibility studies, and NEPA/PEL-related planning.
• Prepare and review technical memoranda and reports.
