Job summary

DPR Construction's OES Equipment unit seeks a Sr Transportation & Logistics Coordinator to manage daily transportation for large-scale projects in a fast-paced setting. You’ll coordinate trucking, scheduling, and carrier relations to ensure on-time, cost-efficient deliveries and compliant documentation.

You will partner with project teams, field personnel, and suppliers, optimize routes, resolve delays, and support continuous improvement of transport processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with high volumes of truck shipments.
• Experience coordinating carriers, brokers, drivers, and project teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation activity for large-scale projects.
• Schedule and track inbound and outbound freight.
• Work closely with project teams, suppliers, carriers, and field personnel.
• Resolve delivery issues and proactively communicate shipment updates.
• Ensure transportation requirements, documentation, and safety standards are met.
