OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks a Transportation & Logistics Coordinator in Orlando, FL. You will coordinate daily shipment activities, track deliveries, and maintain records to ensure timely, cost-effective movement of goods.

You will collaborate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams, support DOT compliance, and help prepare basic delivery-performance reports. Requires high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics support, warehouse operations, or customer service.
• Basic understanding of DOT requirements and regulatory standards.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates daily transportation activities with carriers and internal partners.
• Communicates shipment details, updates, and changes to drivers, carriers, warehouses, and customer service teams.
• Monitors shipment status and resolves delays, issues, or service disruptions.
• Maintains accurate transportation documentation, records, and logs.
• Supports preparation of basic transportation reports on delivery performance and costs.
• Assists with DOT compliance activities and company policies.
