Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks a SR Transportation & Logistics Coordinator to manage daily truck shipments and large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate carriers, drivers, and internal teams, track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards while contributing to process improvements across logistics operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics operations, or supply chain support required.
• Experience coordinating carriers, brokers, drivers, and project teams.
• Proven experience managing high volumes of truck shipments and deliveries.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems, scheduling, and shipment tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily transportation activity for large-scale projects.
• Schedule and track inbound and outbound freight.
• Work closely with project teams, suppliers, carriers, and field personnel.
• Resolve delivery issues and proactively communicate shipment updates.
• Ensure transportation requirements, documentation, and safety standards are met.
• Support continuous improvement of transportation processes and efficiency.
