Wilson Elser is seeking a senior Transportation Litigation Attorney in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of transportation litigation matters for a large international logistics client, drawing on substantial trial experience and regulatory knowledge.

You will join a nationally recognized firm with a collaborative culture, contributing to high-stakes cases and mentoring junior attorneys while enjoying a flexible hybrid work arrangement and strong client service expectations.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Admitted to practice in New York is required; strong preference for those with relevant transportation litigation exposure.
• Eight or more years of general casualty litigation experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a transportation litigation caseload from filing through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to transportation laws, regulations, and case law.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings with accuracy and persuasiveness.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed.
• Negotiate settlements and craft pro-client advocacy while maintaining professional standards.
• Collaborate across departments and offices to support a nationwide practice.
• Prepare case analyses and reports for clients highlighting proactive resolution strategies.
