Kimley-Horn's Virginia Beach office seeks a Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join the Transportation Planning and Traffic team. This is not a remote position and offers a base salary range of $95,000.00 – $110,000.00.

You will lead traffic engineering and project management tasks, grow the practice, mentor staff, and contribute to marketing and business development while delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering and design, traffic operations, and/or ITS planning and design.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Proficiency in Synchro, HCS, and/or Vissim software desired.
• Ability to work in a team, balance priorities across multiple projects, and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Ability to mentor staff and direct resources positively.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality client‑focused results.
• Business development and marketing experience including proposals, scopes, and budgets.
