Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arizona or reciprocity.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a technical lead on roadway projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADOT/MAG design standards and project development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical lead for roadway design projects and provide oversight.
• Lead development of preliminary and final roadway design plans and calculations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across drainage, structures, traffic and utilities.
• Apply design standards and evaluate alternatives for safety and constructability.
• Support pursuit activities through technical proposals and client presentations.
