Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of the Office Chief, Highway Operations, the incumbent serves as a Branch Chief responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and managing System Management programs for the District Operations division. The role includes overseeing program deliverables, traffic engineering components of projects, and providing support on traffic operations matters. Responsibilities also involve coordinating with external agencies, analyzing technical and financial situations, and managing resources and schedules.

Must possess a valid California Professional Engineering License (CIVIL) and a valid California Driver's License.

Eligibility and Application Process
