The role provides technical leadership in planning, development, and implementation of RDD&D and other activities related to transportation electrification, vehicle-grid integration, and zero-emission vehicles.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of transportation electrification policy and planning.
- Experience with vehicle-grid integration technologies and EV charging infrastructure.
- Familiarity with electricity system planning and operation.
- Ability to provide expert consultative services on feasibility and impact.
- Ability to manage complex energy RDD&D and deployment projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver timely work.
- Strong written and verbal communication for reports and presentations.
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint or equivalent.
