Qualifications

• Must have seven (7+) or more years of experience managing customer programs and coordinating across stakeholders.
• Strong ability to develop and execute program implementation plans and budgets.
• Experience presenting to management and coordinating with contractors/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes implementation plans for multiple products and services (energy efficiency, solar, EV, etc.).
• Establishes program budgets and tracks performance metrics with reports.
• Develops and executes marketing plans, forecasts, and materials for programs.
• Provides customer service and manages inquiries/complaints; acts as SMUD contact for programs.
• Researches energy technologies, updates specifications, and trains contractors and staff.
• Adheres to safety procedures and ensures compliant operations.
• Coordinates daily program operations, service contracts, and fulfillment.
• Negotiates contracts and manages contractor performance and compliance.
• Assists in budgeting and planning processes; oversees staff workload and deadlines.
• Performs related duties as required.
