Responsibilities

• May act as a lead dispatcher to coordinate driver and dispatcher activities to fulfill customer needs.
• May act as a lead trainer, training employees and reinforcing procedures.
• May coordinate maintenance and repair of vehicles to ensure safety and readiness.
• May coordinate billing, accounts payable, customer service, payroll, and scheduling.
• Develops employee work schedules and audits route performance to meet daily commitments.
