Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor I or II to work primarily in the Harrisburg/York/Chambersburg, PA area. Preference for PennDOT TCIS/TCI-3 experience and related certifications. You will supervise field staff, review plans, and ensure contract compliance on highway projects.

Related experience in contracting, military, or surveying is welcomed. Excellent growth opportunities within a respected construction management team await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• One (1) year minimum PennDOT experience as a Transportation Construction Inspector (TCI-3) or higher, with required certifications.
• Experience supervising field staff and ensuring contract compliance is essential.
• Strong ability to review plans, specs and standards and provide guidance to the client.

Responsibilities

• Supervise elements of projects as owner’s representative to ensure contract compliance.
• Communicate with field staff, contractor, design team, and agencies.
• Review project plans, contract documents, specifications and standards.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure quality final product.
• Track schedule and participate in progress and pre-activity meetings.
