Job summary

Superior Environmental Solutions, LLC is seeking a Transportation Compliance Manager in West Chester, OH to lead the DOT and PHMSA compliance programs and report to the SVP of HSE. You will manage two Specialists, engage field leadership, conduct on-site reviews, and drive the long-term transportation compliance strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant transportation compliance experience, including PHMSA.
• Prior people-management experience (managing 2 direct reports).
• Strong knowledge of driver qualification files, CDL/medical qualifications, MVR monitoring, the FMCSA Clearinghouse, drug and alcohol testing (DOT Part 40), hours of service, ELD auditing, CSA/SMS scoring, DataQs, and vehicle maintenance/registration compliance.
• Ability to engage and influence field/branch leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Own DOT and PHMSA regulatory compliance across driver files, qualifications, and FMCSA data systems.
• Lead daily oversight with two specialists and coordinate with leadership.
• Develop and maintain the transportation compliance strategic plan.
• Lead root cause analysis for significant DOT/PHMSA violations.
• Deliver compliance training for field leadership and drivers.
