Job summary

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a hands-on Transportation Claims & Subrogation Specialist to support our self-insured transportation operations.

You will review, investigate and manage claims involving bodily injury, property damage and liability, coordinating with safety, operations and risk management. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial auto or trucking claims, strong subrogation experience, and proven negotiation skills with insurers and attorneys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims experience, preferably in commercial auto/trucking.
• Strong hands-on experience with subrogation and claims recovery.
• Experience handling bodily injury, property damage and liability claims.
• Proven negotiation with insurers, adjusters, attorneys and third parties.
• Experience with reserving, settlement evaluation and litigated claims.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage commercial transportation claims involving bodily injury, property damage and liability.
• Investigate accidents using police reports, dashcam footage, telematics and documents.
• Identify and initiate subrogation and recovery opportunities.
• Prepare and issue subrogation demands with evidence.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers, adjusters, attorneys and third parties.
• Maintain claim documentation and timely follow-up through final resolution.
• Work with Safety, Operations, Legal and Risk Management teams.
