Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims handling in transportation or commercial auto.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with subrogation and recovery processes.
• Ability to manage claims from review through settlement or recovery.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage commercial transportation claims involving bodily injury, property damage and liability.
• Investigate accidents using police reports, dashcam footage, and telematics.
• Identify and initiate subrogation and recovery opportunities.
• Prepare subrogation demands with supporting evidence.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers, adjusters, attorneys and third parties.
• Maintain claim documentation and timely follow-up through resolution.
• Coordinate with Safety, Operations, Legal and Risk Management teams.
• Manage high-exposure claims in coordination with defense counsel and vendors.
