Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or demonstrated equivalent knowledge and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain active adjusting licenses in multiple jurisdictions.

Responsabilidades

• Determines coverage and issues letters (Reservation of Rights/declination) based on policy terms.
• Establishes contact and maintains professional relationships with insured parties, agents, brokers, public adjusters, attorneys, and others in the claims process.
• Reviews claims and claim status with clients and brokers to facilitate prompt, accurate resolution.
• Obtains and prepares documentation for verification of losses and administration of claims.
• Follows policies/procedures to prepare information and submits reports in a timely manner.
• Ensures accuracy of information to identify fraud and proper reporting.
• Reviews status reports of independent adjusters and makes recommendations to clients.
• Conducts prompt investigations and evaluates damages.
• Assesses subrogation potential and references to subrogation examiners.
