Qualifications

• At least three years of commercial vehicle examination experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent knowledge.
• Active license or ability to obtain in multiple jurisdictions within expected time frame.
• Lloyd’s of London experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage and identify coverage issues across claims.
• Issue Reservation of Rights and/or declination letters.
• Establish and maintain relationships with insured parties, agents, brokers, public adjusters, attorneys.
• Review claims and status with clients to facilitate prompt, accurate resolution.
• Prepare documentation for verification of losses and administration of claims.
• Investigate damages, assess fraud, and evaluate subrogation potential.
