Responsibilities

• Determine coverage and identify issues across claims and issue letters as needed.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with insured parties and brokers.
• Review claims to facilitate prompt, accurate resolutions.
• Prepare documentation for verification of losses and claims administration.
• Follow policies and submit reports in a timely manner per standards.
• Ensure accuracy to identify fraud and proper reporting.
• Review status reports from independent adjusters and advise clients.
• Investigate claims and evaluate damages as required.
• Assess subrogation potential and refer to subrogation examiners.
• Handle moderate to large FTC losses up to $150,000; initial reserve at $75,000.
