Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, seeks an experienced Transportation Adjuster - Property Damage to handle claims involving commercial auto, trucking, and transportation exposures. You will investigate, evaluate coverage and damages, establish reserves, and negotiate settlements, supporting timely resolution.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in commercial auto/trucking claims, strong knowledge of APD and property damage, TPAs experience, multi-jurisdictional licensing, and proficiency with claims

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial auto, trucking, or transportation claims handling experience.
• Strong experience handling complex commercial transportation property damage and liability claims.
• Active adjuster license required; multi-jurisdictional licensing beneficial.
• Experience in a third-party administrator (TPA) environment.
• Proficient with claims management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage APD, property damage, and liability claims for commercial transportation.
• Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, reserves, and settlements.
• Handle claims involving motor coach and trucking programs.
• Review complex matters and develop timely resolution strategies.
• Maintain claim diaries, reserves, and file activity.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and internal partners.
• Negotiate settlements and support efficient claim resolution.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
