Zusammenfassung

Guidehouse’s Capital Projects & Infrastructure team seeks professionals with backgrounds in engineering, construction, project delivery to tackle complex transportation and transit capital programs. You will apply technical expertise to support planning through operations, while communicating with clients and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, scheduling, cost controls, and reporting, with travel up to 25% and work at Guidehouse or client offices.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident due to nature of client engagements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Five (5+) plus years post-graduation work experience
• Experience directly leading client relationships and/or project teams
• Experience with federal, state, and local procurement regulations and requirements, including public-sector procurement practices common to DOT/transit agencies
• Engineering or technical expertise in project controls, project management technology, capital infrastructure, preferably within transportation/transit capital programs
• Experience drafting documents, memos, letters, and other formal communications to clients, including board-ready or stakeholder-facing materials
• Ability to travel
• Ability to work in a Guidehouse Office or Client Office location

• Project governance, interagency coordination, and stakeholder engagement
• Risk management and analysis, risk registers and prudency reviews
• Construction project management and controls, including schedule and cost control
• Complex schedule analytics (CPM, float, time-cost trade-offs)
• Contract development and procurement management
• Performance metrics and dashboards for capital delivery and operational readiness
• Project technology and PMIS tools for transit programs
• Road mapping and strategic planning for executive decision-making
