Job summary

Exol is seeking a Transportation Senior Analyst to coordinate supplier pickup appointments and manage retailer delivery schedules. You will ensure appointment windows support the transportation plan and customer commitments, communicating statuses and resolving conflicts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in transportation scheduling, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with Manhattan TMS and ERP systems. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field; equivalent industry experience acceptable.
• Minimum 5 years in transportation scheduling, appointment management or logistics coordination.
• Experience with transportation management systems and scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier pickup scheduling and shipment readiness.
• Oversee retailer appointment scheduling and delivery requirements.
• Align transportation schedules with operational plans and ensure data accuracy.
• Resolve appointment exceptions and drive root-cause analysis.
• Communicate shipment status, track performance, and drive improvements.
