Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in transportation planning, network design, or strategy.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems, preferably Manhattan Active TM.
• Strong analytical, modeling, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.
• Experience designing and optimizing retail consolidation transportation networks.
• Experience supporting supplier-to-retailer distribution networks including cross-dock operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain transportation network strategies, optimize flows, and build routing/consolidation plans to scale performance.
• Create short- and long-term capacity plans and model scenarios for growth.
• Analyze costs, shipment flows, and performance trends to inform executive decisions.
• Define transportation planning parameters within Manhattan Active TM and set governance standards.
• Collaborate with transportation, supply chain, IT, and operations for scalable network performance.
