Job summary

Exol is seeking a Transportation Senior Analyst, Supplier & Retailer Appointment to coordinate pickup and delivery appointments for an assigned DC/POD. This role serves as the primary transportation contact for suppliers, retailer scheduling teams, and related stakeholders to ensure appointment windows support the approved transportation plan and customer commitments.

The Analyst will work in Manhattan TMS and supplier portals to request, confirm, maintain, and communicate appointments, resolve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation scheduling, appointment management, logistics coordination, transportation operations, or customer service.
• Working knowledge of pickup and delivery appointment processes and time-sensitive transportation execution.
• Experience using transportation management systems, scheduling platforms, ERP systems, or similar operational tools.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier pickup scheduling and shipment readiness to support plan execution.
• Oversee retailer appointment scheduling and delivery requirements.
• Align transportation schedules with operational plans and ensure data accuracy in Manhattan TMS.
• Resolve appointment and shipment exceptions and drive root-cause improvements.
• Communicate shipment status and risks; track appointment performance for continuous improvement.
