Accura HealthCare of Franklin is seeking a Transport Driver to safely move residents to appointments and activities, assist with mobility, and maintain clean, organized vehicles. You will interact with residents, families, and staff in a courteous, professional manner, ensuring safety and documentation of trips.

This role emphasizes resident dignity, confidentiality, and teamwork, with potential for overtime and a non-remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid state-issued Driver’s License and clean motor vehicle record.
• Experience with elderly care or transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for residents.
• Assist residents with mobility devices as needed.
• Ensure passengers are seated and safety restraints used properly.
• Report maintenance issues, accidents or damages promptly.
• Keep vehicles stocked with supplies and clean inside/out.
• Maintain accurate trip records with times, routes, passenger details.
• Coordinate with care team on daily transportation schedules.
• Adhere to HIPAA and resident rights in all interactions.
