Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments and outings.
• Assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Ensure mobility devices are secured during transit.
• Maintain a friendly, respectful attitude toward residents and families.
• Follow traffic laws and facility transportation policies.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Keep transportation logs and appointment schedules accurate.
• Communicate delays or concerns to management.
• Assist with resident activities when transportation needs are limited.
