Job summary

Verdantas, a leader in environmental consulting and sustainable engineering, seeks a Senior Project Scheduler to support a multi-billion-dollar electric transmission capital project. This hybrid role is local to our Houston, TX office, with regular on-site engagement.

The Senior Scheduler will own the integrated master schedule, set scheduling standards, and apply them across concurrent projects and EPC contractors so portfolio performance is visible, defensible, and actionable.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated master schedule across the portfolio, establishing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), activity coding, calendar, and milestone conventions.
• Develop and baseline complex CPM schedules in Primavera P6 and MS Project for multi-contractor, outage-constrained work.
• Lead critical path, float, variance, earned value, time-impact, and recovery analysis at project and portfolio level.
• Coordinate schedule interfaces between projects and EPC contractors.
• Author and maintain schedule specifications, procedures, quality criteria, and KPI definitions.
