Global Talent Resources, Inc. is seeking a Director of Scheduling in Chicago (headquarters-based) to lead scheduling for high-voltage transmission line and substation projects from planning through closeout.

You will apply CPM, SRA, EVM, and project controls to optimize schedules and improve portfolio-wide consistency. The role collaborates with engineering, construction, IT, finance, and senior leadership to drive schedule performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for greenfield and upgrade HV transmission line and substation projects.
• Provide scheduling input for design options, execution strategies, and sequencing.
• Assess constraints including permitting, land acquisition, long-lead equipment, and access logistics to create baseline schedules.
• Perform Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) using Monte Carlo and other quantitative techniques.
• Develop and maintain scheduling tools, templates, and methodologies for portfolio-wide consistency.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to validate schedule inputs and achievable milestones.
• Track schedule performance and variances using EVM and update schedules for scope changes.
• Present schedules and risk analyses to senior management and clients.
• Lead scheduling SME role and promote continuous improvement in scheduling practices.
