Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Right-of-Way (ROW) Agent to support Transmission ROW within the Power Delivery unit. You will help develop labor and acquisition cost estimates, scopes of work, and contract releases while coordinating with internal teams and landowners.

The role includes handling claims, permits, and easements as needed. You will work hybrid in Beaumont, TX, interfacing with legal, environmental, project controls, and field staff.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with property acquisition processes and appraisals.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop labor and acquisition cost estimates for transmission projects.
• Coordinate boundary survey, soil borings, environmental and cultural assessments.
• Prepare and negotiate landowner offers and final rights documents.
• Oversee invoicing and payments to contract partners.
• Maintain project status reports for key customers.
