Job summary

Pike Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead estimating, scheduling, procurement, and management of master service agreements and site projects in the transmission sector. You will cultivate strong client relationships, ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective work, and develop advanced independent work skills.

The role requires detailed contract administration, risk control, and effective reporting.

Qualifications

4 year college degree in engineering or construction management.
3–5 years of project management experience in the transmission construction industry.
Detailed knowledge of project management fundamentals.
Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project and/or Primavera a plus.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage projects and master service agreements in accordance with Pike Policies and Procedures.
Maintain effective client relationships and trusted partnerships.
Handle contract negotiation, change orders, submittals, approvals, and procurement of subcontractors and materials.
Implement change control and risk management processes.
Prepare thorough estimates and proposals for site-specific projects and master service agreements.
Lead contractual meetings and provide performance feedback to operations and field management.
