Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead estimating, scheduling, procurement, and project management for master service agreements and site-specific transmission projects. You will ensure safe, cost-effective execution and build strong relationships with customers while delivering contractual information to field operations.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree in engineering or construction management.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in transmission construction.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of project accounting and financial controls.
• Ability to manage client relationships and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and master service agreements per Pike Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain effective client relationships and trusted partnerships.
• Oversee contract negotiations, changes, submittals, and procurement.
• Lead risk management and change control processes; provide accurate reporting.
• Develop advanced estimates and proposals for site-specific projects and master service agreements.
• Ensure monthly financial reporting with adequate backup and profitability.
• Support emergency and storm restoration events; EH&S compliance.
