Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC in the United States is seeking a Project Manager responsible for estimating, scheduling, procurement and overall management of master service agreements and site-specific distribution projects. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, coordinate with field operations, manage subcontracts and material procurement, and drive contract reporting, invoicing and cash flow.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and at least two years of project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in Distribution construction.
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals.
• Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project and Primavera a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Experience with contracting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Ability to lead and influence in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and master service agreements per Pike policies.
• Maintain client relationships and trusted partnerships.
• Involvement in contract negotiation and change orders.
• Manage subcontractors and material procurement.
• Perform contract reporting and monthly financials.
• Support emergency and storm restoration events.
• Ensure profitability and cash flow through controls.
