Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Three+ years of related experience in electric utility engineering strongly preferred.
• Strong skills in asset management, data analysis, and cost/benefit evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the Transmission capital budget input and planning for 1-year and 5-year horizons.
• Leads cross-functional teams to define project scope, cost, and schedule and to justify approvals.
• Benchmarks asset performance and identifies opportunities for improvement within transmission assets.
• Communicates asset management strategy across Eversource and to external stakeholders.
• Manages asset data and supports systematic collection for asset lifecycle planning.
