Job summary

You will craft program documents and budgets, work with Supply Chain on bids, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet scope and cost targets. Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Engineering, Business, or related field; ABET considered.
• PE License or advanced degree with related field may substitute for ABET/degree.
• Minimum 5 years in project management; 10+ years in program management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage transmission line programs and budgets.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to bid work and award contracts.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and approvals; track financials and progress.
• Ensure safety and quality by overseeing consultants and contractors.
• Communicate program goals and progress to management teams.
• Support outage planning, resource allocation, and close-out documentation.
