Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in utility transmission planning or power system analysis.
• Solid understanding of power systems and regulatory frameworks (NERC/FERC familiarity a plus).
• Proven leadership and ability to manage competing priorities in a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers on transmission planning studies and compliance activities.
• Drive long-range strategic planning and regulatory analysis (EMT, interconnection, transmission service).
• Communicate study assumptions, risks, and results to leadership, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Hire, mentor, and grow a multi-discipline engineering team across departments.
