Sargent & Lundy in the United States seeks a senior Project Manager to oversee Utility Transmission projects. You will lead project execution, coordinate with internal and external departments, and manage the life cycle from planning to closeout in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate holds an ABET-accredited engineering or management degree, has 10+ years of transmission project PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to mentor teams while

Qualifications

• ABET/accredited engineering or management/ business degree.
• 10+ years of PM experience on utility transmission projects.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• 10+ years in the electric utility industry (engineering/construction).
• Experience liaising with clients and project stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project execution, contract administration, planning and resource management.
• Lead project performance across safety, schedule, budget, reporting and client experience.
• Direct the project team; mentor and coach members.
• Maintain client relationships with functional leads and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Support KPI reporting for schedule, budget and dashboards.
• Identify and control construction risk; manage changes.
• Communicate with stakeholders and prepare clear project reports.
• Analyze issues and provide solutions to improve results.
