Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead transmission project execution in a hybrid role based in the United States. The role requires overseeing scope, schedule, cost, safety and client satisfaction while directing multidisciplinary teams across the project lifecycle.

Depth in electric utility projects, strong communication, and a track record of delivering complex programs are essential. A relocation package may be offered depending on location.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering or management/business degree required.
• 10+ years in the electric utility industry.
• 7+ years in project management of utility transmission projects.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own project execution, contract administration, planning and resource management.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and mentor staff.
• Coordinate with client leads and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Monitor safety, schedules, budgets and client experience across the lifecycle.
