Job summary

Gannett Fleming is looking for a Sr. Transmission Line Engineer for their Power Business Group. This position will involve leading projects, navigating electrical transmission design complexities, and providing strategic input to ensure alignment with project goals.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in design, strong technical writing and communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in transmission line design.
In-depth knowledge of NESC, IEEE, and other applicable codes and standards.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

Design transmission line segments using PLS-CADD.
Prepare comprehensive construction packages for projects.
Mentor and coach less experienced engineers.
