Job summary

Sargent & Lundy LLC. is seeking an experienced transmission design engineer for dual-site hybrid work in the United States. The role focuses on designing lines from 69 kV up to 765 kV, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with clients to meet stringent specifications.

Proficiency in PLS-CADD and adherence to applicable standards are essential. Essential qualifications include a BS from an ABET-accredited program and 12+ years of experience in transmission design, with ability to develop

Qualifications

Mentor and train less experienced design team members.
Coordinate design activities to ensure installation and operations meet specifications and client requirements.
Prepare reports presenting technical information clearly and meeting client and S&L formats.
Perform independent reviews of others' work, including calculations and line models in PLS-CADD.
